The Society has been promoted by Mr. Ravi Mohan Sethi, who took premature retirement from the Indian Administrative Service and set up the Stellar Group of Companies. The Stellar Group is into Software, Construction and Real Estate, and Hospitality & Recreation, through the Stellar Gymkhana Club. The Group has constructed 3 prestigious residential complexes in Noida [U.P.] with about 300 apartments and has run the common facilities at each of these complexes.
Real Estate Development: The Group has developed and constructed over 2 million sq. ft. across residential, commercial and industrial projects and has projects in hand to construct about 6 million sq.ft in the coming 3 years. The organisation is renowned for developing quality projects with strict adherence to time bound delivery and completion schedules.
Hospitality:
The Group owns and operates an exclusive members-only Club The Stellar Gymkhana ,and Binge a multi cuisine restaurant at Stellar IT Park,Sector-62 NoidaIt has developed a hospitality management training center in Greater Noida.
Banking:
Mr.Ravi Mohan Sethi,IAS(Retd) has promoted the Citizen Co-operative Bank,Noida a leading urban co-operative bank, licensed by the Reserve Bank of India with 12 branches in NCR region having an unbroken 11 year dividend paying record.
Information Technology:
The Group company specializes in banking and financial services, with its flagship banking product running at over 400 branches of different banks in North India.
